Store Policies
- Royal Furniture Co. will gladly accept special orders for merchandise. Special orders require a non-refundable deposit of at least 15 % for placement. Order time and arrival of special orders cannot be guaranteed.
- If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, reselection or return for credit can be arranged up to 3 days after the date of sale.
- A 15 % fee will be charged for cancellations or returns.
- Refunds for payments made by check will be issued not less than 14 days after the date of purchase. There are no cash refunds.
- All warranties apply only to the original purchaser and to the original delivery address. All claims must be accompanied by the original invoice.
Delivery:
- Delivery service is available from the professional staff at Royal Furniture for a minimal charge, both in Baton Rouge and out of town. Please inquire with your Sales Associate at the time of sale.
